Title: 5E3 in a PR Chassis
Post by: p2pAmps on March 28, 2016, 08:31:10 pm: Just finishing this up for a guy who wanted a 5E3 in a PR Chassis. I have a few things to check over but she is ready to go for the most part. Kinda fun project...

I ended up changing some values on the line out and adding a bleeder 220K to the 1st FC too. Dead quiet as well which is always a good thing on a 5E3...

I think you just inspired me to get off my a** and convert my dead SS Fender Deluxe 90 to an amp instead of a doorstop. Slam a Hoffman 5E3 board in there just like you did. New or used iron.

That's one o' them recent Fenders with the slanted chassis. It's obviously a lot easier to mangle something like that into a 5E3 Deluxe versus a BF Princeton Reverb.

Really nicely done!

Excellent! One thing that will be nice is all the room in the chassis to work with... We want pictures :icon_biggrin:

Yet another outstanding build.
