Based on the Tweaker 40 transformer diagram , the Tweaker 40 schematic , the MercMag 120v primary wiring diagram , examination of both xfmrs and the amp wiring , I think the Merc wires should be hooked up as follows; blk/wh floated ,White to QC7(same as orig white, to the surge suppressor ) , other four to the AC selector switch with brown to original red , black to orig black, brown/ white to orig brown , blue to original blue . Anyone who can confirm or correct is welcomed.... The problem is the Mercury primary diagram says to also float the blue .

I decided to stop overthinking this and bypassed the AC selector switch altogether. Very simple brown/white and white to QC7 which goes through the surge suppressor and out to the bottom of the power switch and brown and black to the other pole at the bottom of the power switch . Done. Works.
