I saw something in troubleshooting the preamp section of my Princeton Reverb. On the schematic it shows one end of the Bass pot going to one end of the Treble pot and .1uf cap, the center tap of the Bass pot connecting to that end and the other end going to the .047uf cap and 6.8k resistor. On the layout print that has the board, tube sockets, and pot it shows only two terminals of the Bass pot used with the center tap going to the Treble pot and .1uf cap.
Am I missing something or have an older layout print? I wired it like the layout print and didn't check it against the schematic until now. Maybe that's why I have hum in my amp that varies with the Bass pot?

The operation is exactly the same. That difference will not cause hum.
