Title: EVM-15L series II

I just picked up a pair with original cones, 8 ohm.  My thought was I could mount them in a ported bass cab and still play skinny string guitar as well as bass. Also I wanted some fine speakers to evaluate the amplifiers I work on. I find these speakers to be really really nice, clean as a whistle with a big round bass sound. I haven't put any pedals through them yet, but I'll be they handle anything that comes at them. The freq. response on these is stated as 60Hz -6KHz.


Any love for these?

I put a 15" EVM in a Traynor Bassmate & a 12" EVM in a Fender 30.  I absolutely love these speakers.  But then I never met a vintage style speaker I didn't like.   :icon_biggrin:   I also love Altecs and JBL's, Jensens & Celestions.  And let's not leave out Emi's.
