This video on youtube is a great video of some of my old gear.
The Fuzz face Eric Johnson stuff he does sounds great!

Yeah, I like! Doug, tell me about those amps he's using. Were those kits or were those finished amps that you sold at one time?
It looks like he has two Line 6 DL4's, never seen two lined up before. The fuzz faces are cooking to, never played over one. One thing for sure, all of it together with his playing is a great combination. Platefire

Hey Plate,
Those were amps I built in the mid 90's when I was still building my own line of amps
I stopped making amps some time maybe in late 90's
Too much work, not enough pay

Here's a few pics of the very first prototype I built on my kitchen table around 1993

Those are cool little wood head cabs. At first glance I thought, are those old 40's radios and then at close up inspection see the 6v6 Plexi and Stout TMB. Were those also produced in the 90's to sell.
I hear you on, no money in it. When I retired in 2010 decided I would build a little lunch box 5E3 amp to sell(pix). I found I could only make the cost of parts back and lost most of my labor or any real profit. Thinking seriously about dropping amp repair to and just work on my own stuff. Some customers can be a real headache :>)

The Plexi 6V6 and Stout TMB are recent amps built in the recent Stout chassis
They are both listed on the library page
