Title: No sound just hum in 18 watt stout

I just completed a 18 watt stout and all I get is a terrible hum, I checked the tubes and traced the wires and cannot find where it's coming from. I even changed the sockets out on two of the 12ax7s thinking that maybe to much solder, no good. any info would be GREAT!

Hi There.  Sorry to hear you are having troubles.

So here are a few links you should read and re-read.  Take them to heart as they are great advise and will help you track your issue down.  Also, detailed pictures say a lot to the guys here that will offer you suggestions on technical issues.
