Title: New AB763 build, need transformer advise

Hi,

AB763 Deluxe Reverb 2 channel with mids and a post phase inverter master volume and GZ34 rectifier

I finally got around to starting this project. I have all the parts on hand except the two transformers and a turret board. I will order a Hoffman board.

I am considering ordering all the transformers from Hoffman. I was unable to figure out the MFG for the Hoffman PT 041316 and OT 041318. Price is not too much of an issue...well Mercury Magnetics is a bit too much for my budget!!..lol

Any thoughts on transformers?

BTW...I built the chassis myself from 1/8" aluminum...a real mind bending afternoon of G Code writing for my little CNC mill...lol

Send Doug a pm. Both of those should be fine. I'd rather have an OT with 4, 8, 16Ω speaker taps. Don't forget choke and reverb transformer.
