Title: Fender super reverb

Number one channel just stopped working replaced v1 and did not help

Please help with what to do next

Step one, check voltages...  always check voltages.

Also, which Super?  Did you build it, if not knowing which schematic will help.  Supers changed a lot during the 70's.
