Title: AA764 tremolo circuit physical position on chassis layout - Question about
Post by: kagliostro on September 07, 2016, 01:53:47 am
Building from scratch an amp like the AA764 with tremolo I would like to know if is possible to build the version of AA764 without tremolo

and place the tremolo circuit (tube and a dedicated board for components) a bit far from the principal board (for chassis layout reasons)

I think it is doable, but are there contraindications of any kind doing that ??

You can look at a thread on ampgarage.com called "tiny wiggle board" (I think) for a layout, if you're not afraid of the "attack page" warning that the site owner still hasn't fixed.
