Title: Fender Rivera parts

Hi.  I came across a handwired Fender Rivera edition today.  Inside was a bunch of black capacitors like orange drops, only black.  Does anyone know what they are.  The amp sounded very good.

Did some googling and I think they might be ITW / Paktron polyester film capacitors.
