I just wanted to make a comment about Doug's pre-drilled turret boards for those of you who haven't had the pleasure to use one. I have been making my own turret boards since 1996. I can't remember when I purchased Doug's aircraft aluminum drilling guide and templates for the Hoffman amp layouts but it was shortly after that. Over the years I have drawn boards to scale in Visio for many other amp builds, printed them out, taped them to a board and drilled them. One thing that has always frustrated me is no matter how hard I tried, one or more drilled holes would not be exactly aligned and being somewhat anal retentive that drove me nuts. Well many years have passed and Doug got into CNC big time. I assume that he now makes his boards via CNC as they are always perfect. I have purchased several of them and I just love how well made they are and saving time not drilling my boards. If you haven't used one you don't know what you are missing. Thanks for a great product Doug.
