Title: Mesa boogie dual rectifier preamp build
Post by: fossilshark on November 07, 2016, 09:02:58 pm
I really want to build a mesa boogie dual rectifier preamp into a pedal for some nice distortion/overdrive. I saw a little clip of one on youtube and cant find any info on it. Ive taken a look at some dual rectifier schematics and it looks really complicated (what for 900 control knobs and such). I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a dumbed down version of this preamp i could use. I know its not very practical seeing as i could build a cheaper solid state pedal and get better sound (probably) but that wont make me fit in at the cool kids table at school
