The question of whether or not a guide for using a scope comes up often. I found this today. Might be useful for some...
http://www.cfp-radio.com/documentations/Sylvania-scope.pdf (http://www.cfp-radio.com/documentations/Sylvania-scope.pdf) --5MB PDF file
I have not read through it yet.

Now that's from the beginning of time :icon_biggrin:
The figures are handy for a newbie, cut them out, tape them on the wall

Great find! I already have "Servicing radio and Television with a Vacuum Tube Voltmeter" by Sylvania Electric Products. Just Google the title & download the PDF. Another treasure trove of info: http://www.tubebooks.org/technical_books_online.htm (http://www.tubebooks.org/technical_books_online.htm) I can recommend: http://www.tubebooks.org/Books/intro_rider_VTVM.pdf (http://www.tubebooks.org/Books/intro_rider_VTVM.pdf)

Thanks for cleaning up that link. I posted that from my phone which is always an adventure...
And just to clarify for everyone, the book in the link is in English.
