Title: one channel AB763 Voltages?

Just wondering how you'd expect the voltages in a one channel hoffman AB763 with 6L6s to compare to the various 2 x 6L6 AB763 Fenders from the mid-'60's. 

Can I just use the AB763 layout for a Super Reverb?  Pro Reverb? 

Wil the bias varying trem affect the expected voltages in any way?
