Title: 22798 PT
Post by: davidwpack on July 10, 2017, 10:39:09 am
Hey all. I've got a 22798 PT. It's got 3 6.3 heater wires, 2 green and one green/white. Can anyone tell me if the green/white goes to ground? Is this a CT? I assume it goes to ground but wanted to make sure. Thanks!

It probably is a center tap but I'd want to know for sure. Measure voltage between the green/white wire and either of the green wires. If it's a center tap then the voltage will be half as much (3.15vac) as measured between green wires. If this is true then connect the green/white wire to chassis.

EDIT... Added pic
