Title: Hoffman AB763 SR Cap Filter Board

So I'm building a Hoffman AB763-6G16 40 watt Super Reverb 4X10 amp for a local player and I assuming we want to keep the bleed resistors on the series filter caps as shown on the attached PDF file right?

Yes Barry...
No reason to not keep them.
They provide a path for the B+ to "bleed" off when you power down, and they help balance the B+ voltage equally across the 2 caps.
