Title: Boston Peace of Mind - Plus backing track
Post by: EL34 on November 18, 2017, 04:44:36 pm
Edit: I had time to get back on this
It's only been 3 years  :icon_biggrin:

If anyone else wants to mess around with this tune, I also uploaded the backing track here
This is what I started with and then added my guitar parts

Jim will probably weigh in on this one :)

I should probably say that I don't do note for note copies when I do covers
I do what I hear in my head  :guitar1

I finally got back onto this tune and finished it
I had to remember how I got my Rockmanish tone from 3 years ago

This is just a really fun tune to play

Boston - Peace of mind cover.
Love this tune
I purchased a backing track that had Drums, Bass and vocals.
I did all the guitars and effects

Well done!
Nailed the Boston tone and retained clarity.
Sweet.

Of course I had to mix the guitar louder than everything else   :icon_biggrin:

What guitar did you use?  Amp or your Kemper?

THANKS for sharing it!  It's a good listen!   Jeff

Have not had much time to record
I have been slammed here at work ever since this virus thing hit
Everyone is at home ordering parts

It seems like it is slowing down a bit the last few days
