Coming from you that makes me feel good about it. You sure as heck know what it should look like. As soon as I get the Norseman step drill I am going to very carefully start drilling holes in the chassis. By the way do you happen to remember the hole spacing for the power cord, fuse, switch and jacks on the back. A lot of thought has gone into exactly how it should be laid out and I am trying to stay as close to the design as possible. Thanks

Thank you so Sluckey......that will help. It's amazing will you take a close look at the chassis and see how many holes are drilled in it. I have a full size drill press and I think I'm going to need a stool so I don't take root and become a tree.

I will say this. There are probably, maybe, don't know for sure, but probably... more holes in the turret board than in the chassis. But, more important, the sum of all holes is less than...

That is funny..........I meant to type when not will. LOL.......I can hear you scream through the house.....Honey, this eternalpurple clown has got some kind of balls. He wants me to count the holes in my revibe chassis and get back to him. And just to show you what kind of balls I do have.........Do you happen to remember off the top of your head ( if not please don't bother to look) how big the holes where for the Capacitor cans? I got the step drill today and it goes up to an inch and three eights. So they are probably what..........an inch and seven sixteenths. Sorry for the negativity but I've been a Minnesota Viking fan for over 50 years and I'm always waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Now that's even funnier. This wonderful English language. One small word can totally change the meaning. My poor hearing provides me with plenty of chuckles like this. Just yesterday my wife said I'm gonna freeze my bra. At the time I was concentrating on something else, but I made a note about that stupid idea and figured I'd make some wisecrack about it later. An hour later she is pouring something nasty looking into an ice cube tray. I asked what'cha doing? She said I told you already. Don't you ever listen? I'm freezing my broth for turkey soup on Monday. Duh huh! Needless to say, I just kept my mouth shut and pretended that I just forgot. Later on I told her and we both had a good laugh.
I used a 1" conduit punch on the holes for the cap cans on the revibe. This punch makes a 1-11/32" hole which is about perfect for the cap cans I used. But this hole punch doesn't work out so good for other brand cap cans. I advise you to buy the cap cans and measure the diameter carefully before you drill the actual hole. Then use the step bit to drill the biggest hole that is still too small for the cap to actually pass through. This allows the cap can to actually sit on the chassis and still gives a hole large enough to provide ample clearance around the cap terminals.

I was actually going to use the same ones you used so I will get as close to one and 11-32 as possible. Thanks again for your kind help.
