But some of his modern medicine stuff kind of makes me scratch my head.
He pretty much tries to debunk every natural healing type Avenue in favor of drugs.
 
And a bunch of that natural healing stuff is kind of goofy but some of it like massage or meditation I think is very very useful in keeping yourself healthy

I think he's debunking unknowns instead of assuming they 'may' work.  The bigger point he always makes is 'science proves if it's real or not' not 'all natural healing is bogus' I'm sure if someone paid for a blind research study on some of those, they'd work, and we'd find out why, but too many people assume they work without checking and it's created a whole fake commerce that sells millions snake oil.

I KNOW massages work, I always feel better after :D
