Title: Cocentric Bass/Mid pot for BFPR

I found this while researching Princeton Reverbs, P2P amps quality look and sound fantastic and Scaggs uses Dougs turret board. I would love to do the Bass/Mid this way rather then run another wire, I dont understand the resistors? I understand the series/parrallel formula but the theory here.
