Title: Orange TH-30 twin channel
Post by: J Rindt on February 06, 2018, 04:41:43 pm
I replaced a broken jack on one of these heads.
Does anybody have a schematic for this amp.?

I got the amp back together and the Dirty Channel was intermittent.
After doing some chop-sticking i found a bad connection. There is a small Molex type connector. It is not removable, it is just Two Pins and solders direct to the PC.
These are pretty small wires, and one of the pins was broken. I tried to reuse it but i could not make it work.
So i cut off the Molex and spliced on two new leads.
What is weird is that this appears to be All One Wire.
It is a stranded wire that was made into two leads. I thought it was a shielded wire.....one conductor with a wire shield.....but it is one stranded wire that was divided into two conductors.
Does that make sense.?
Am i seeing this wrong.?
Anyway.....after getting this back together, the dirty channel does not work at all now.
So i was wondering if anybody had a schematic for this.?
Thank You

Yeah...
Just a few hours ago...right after i posted here.
Hopefully they will get back to me. Orange is one of those compromises that does not seem to have much "stuff" floating around on The Internet.
But i will see what they say.
Thanks Again
