Title: Higher Wattage Amp in Stout Chassis
Post by: Ledzepp007 on February 15, 2018, 02:29:13 pm
Has anyone tried a higher wattage (40-50W) amp in the Stout chassis? I think a Blackface Tremolux PT would fit in the chassis and a larger OT could be placed on the other end.

Yeah, I've used a Hammond 290CX in that PT hole.

Dummyload created a list of PTs that will fit that was posted on one of the original threads.

It is very easy to make a AC30 in the chassis if you go with SS rectified.
