With no actual experience, I'm guessing the cab might sound good stock for regular guitar.  The horn might be a good thing, and it could be turned off if not to your liking. 


I can't tell what Emi 15 is stock in the Rumble 115.  But generally, Emi 15" frequency specs seem to duplicate their 12" guitar frequency specs.


The ports seem to be true ports with internal port tubes, not just holes in the baffle.  They are reported to be tuned to a low frequency down around 40Hz.  So the ports may look opaque -- i.e., like solid walls; like they're not even there --  in the guitar range which bottoms out an octave up from there at about 80 Hz.
