I need to make a turret board for this orphan I found in the trash.Does anyone make one or am I on my own Thanks

Maybe Ampeg GS-12-R?

Here's (http://music-electronics-forum.com/t32875/) a thread with a gut-shot so clear you can trace a board right from it. But I wonder what happened to the original board?
