Title: Good Customer Service

We're lucky to have someone like Doug for our tube amp related stuff
but what about the "other" electronic stuff. Many of the big boys don't
seem to care about our little orders.

Recently I've made a couple purchases from Mouser Electronics and I've
got to say they've been first rate. On my most recent purchase they upgraded
the shipping from UPS ground to second day air at no extra charge. Their
email said that they just wanted me to know that they value me as a customer.

Sure is nice to be wanted!  :icon_biggrin:

i have been buying from mouser for just over 30 years, dating back to my oil-field career days and i can't recall mouser ever missing a beat on an order. i live in texas, so usually if i place an order before 8:00 PM, it's at my front door the afternoon of the next business day via UPS.
