Title: Princeton Reverb built
Post by: BruceF on April 28, 2018, 06:40:55 pm
Just finished another Princeton Reverb.  This is the forth one the first three were built with 6L6 power tubes and no tremolo.  This one has 6v6 and tremolo.  Hoffman board and components, Allen amps TP25 power transformer and TO26 output.  Started right up and is incredibly quiet.  Sounds great with Eminence Texas Heat 12" speaker.  Those big orange drop caps are a pain to get under and solder in but they are in.  I will get a cabinet built for it next.  Thank you Doug for a great layout on the board..!

Nice build. I just finished my first PR. Hoffman layout and Orange drops. Very quiet. No tremolo.
