Apparently Mike Soldano is planning to retire based on this post on the Blues City Music website:

I wish Mike well in his retirement or other ventures he wishes to pursue. He built some really great amps. My 92 Hot Rod 50 is my daily player and a keeper.

I talked to Mike Soldano on the phone and he said yes he is quitting the business, not really rich enough to retire.
He plans to setup a work bench in his basement and do repair work. He said he will be available to help people with their Soldano amp problems.
Very nice man to visit with and we solved what I wanted to know and do to a customer's Soldano Reverb-o-Sonic 2-10 combo. I wired in a 3 way speaker impedance switch because all the extra secondary OT wires are soldered to the board so it was and easy extend the wires, drill a switch hole and solder.
