Title: New PT for Mesa Boogie .50 Caliber +

Hi.  I need to change the PT in a Mesa Boogie .50 Caliber + 120v to 230v.  Any tips on suitable transformers?  Heyboer maybe?  It has two 6l6's

Try to find a schematic. Measure all secondary voltages. The more info you gather the more likely you will find a suitable 230V PT.
