Title: Aretha Franklin gone

My favorite female vocalist passed away today.  Sad that she is gone.  Loved her music.  Grew up on soul music and Motown  (along with Dylan, Cream and Hendrix) and she was an incredible singer.

Will enjoy the CD's I have of hers for yrs to come. I don't know of any younger female vocalists that can match the soulful style that she sang in.

She is Riding one the Freeway.  IMO and whose else could I have, she was the best.
