Hello everyone,

My name is John, I'm 52, and I'm a software developer.  I've always tinkered with things (mostly bicycles).  I am primarily a drummer, but I also play some guitar.  The band I played in recently disbanded, and I lost access to the guitarist's Fender Deluxe.  I've been reading about tube amps and am interested in building one of my own.
