Title: Should I be worrying about these glowing spots?

One of my tubes is having these unusual glowing spots most of the time - definitely not all the time. They still performing ok, maybe a little less power than when I fidst poped them in two weeks ago but not too bad. Should I be worrying about these? Or just keep going until it's obviously dead and replace a pair?
