My latest acquisition is a Baldwin Orgasonic organ. Model 51P.
It's a nice little tube organ and it is playable. I think I am going to clean it up and leave it intact for now as I have enough projects on the table. The chassis format in this organ does not seem conducive to converting to a guitar amp. It is too large and spread out. It is pretty to look at inside though.
As best I can tell, it was built around 1961.
Tube compliment is 12AX7 12AU7, 5AU4, 6L6. Has two Rola 12" speakers.
The expression pedal is a little scratchy and things are very dusty.
It needs a new cord installed as usual.
Any tips on the best way to clean dust off the tubes and fix the scratchy pedal?
