Yum! Blackened Red Snapper with Lemon Crème sauce. (Plate on the right hadn't gotten the Lemon Crème sauce on it yet.)
Small Lobster tails with Bang Bang Shrimp sauce.
Black Eyed Peas with sausage and tomatoes.
Delicious!!! My wife cooked the black eyed peas and I did the rest. :icon_biggrin: :thumbsup:

If you brag, it's a long standing requirement that you overnight similar portions to all who see this post. I will expect mine for lunch tomorrow.

I enjoyed a nice tuna fish, (foil packet :icon_biggrin:), sandwich on a petridge farm dark rye, with some sharp cheddar. Watched a nice sunset in So. FL, 82 here, 15s? back north.
