hi, my name is tommy. some people call me tommy, some thomas. please, anything but tom. sorry all the toms out there, i just don't like the name for me. 4 dogs, 1 rabbit, no cats. am i loosing my mind? the middle pot and the bass pot are reversed on doug's layout when compared to the chassis and the fender layout. simple enough, i just moved the wires to where they needed to be. everything works fine, no explosion, no fires. i'm just not getting the response i'd like when dialing through the numbers 1 to 12. this topic must've have come up, i just can't find it anywhere on the forum. granted, i'm not real big on forums. i know how to use them and all. which brings me back to the original question.,,,rhetorical at best. am i loosing my mind? thanks guys and girls....nice to meet you.

You should move the pots, not the wires! This could be why you are not getting the response you like.
