Title: Hello, I'm iRon

I'm glad I found this site.  I need some guidance on where to start.  I have moderate electronics knowledge and have always wanted to build a low watt tube amp.  I have been gathering parts (probably all wrong ones) but I don't know where to start.  I have a few transformers, tubes, resistors, caps, etc.  I was reading up on the schematics on the site and can see the parts list, but I would like to understand more how to determine what transformers I have would work and just not sure how to start.  Any suggestions?

You came to the right place.  You want to go on the Tube Amp Building - Tweaks - Repairs section and post your thoughts, parts, wants.
