Title: Hello

I'm Rob and I'm currently building my first tube guitar amplifier from scratch.  I'm a mathematics professor, electronics has been one of my hobbies since I was a kid (although I put it aside a long time ago when I was college age, and then picked it back up again recently).  I'm also into woodworking.  In the last few years I've restored some vintage hi fi speakers, amps, and turntables, but my latest thing is tube guitar amps. I've been reading this forum, and a few others, and watching lots of YouTube videos. I love watching Uncle Doug videos.

hey rob welcome to the forums.i like uncle doug's vids too.converted my ao-35 by his vid and love it.good luck with your build.
