I made a video showing you how to use my web store catalog pages, shopping cart, shipping calculator and secure checkout screen
Some people find it confusing, but it's actually really easy.
The main thing I find people doing wrong is not DOUBLE CHECKING all the info on the final confirmation screen
On the final confirmation screen:
Make sure you look at all your address info and especially your email address
Then look at all the parts in your shopping cart to make sure you ordered the correct parts.
