Title: Suggested mounting hole dimensions for 16 x 8 x 2 chassis?

Looking for suggestions on good looking measurements for a 16 x 8 x 2 chassis

Front panel requires the following controls - Input, volume, treble, bass, on-standby-off switch, and pilot light. all cuts are 3/8 except pilot light which is 1/2

Back panel - rotary impedance switch, speaker out, fuse, IEC receptical
