For informational purposes only: Any suggestions for a scope mounted on a brush gun, as stated CZ 527, you'll have to do your research, distance- 100- 500 yards. Mean distance 250 yards; 7.62x39 FMJ. Could be a high power 22/50 round. I think that's what the high power 22 round is.
The 500 yards is based on an alleged scoped CZ shot. Not sure what a standard x39 NATO round would have for energy at that distance. I'll bet the Stalingrad snipers could tell you though. Well, the ones not shooting 7.62x54 or something like that.
Trying to upload a pic by nada so far . . .

Performance is similar to a 3030. Were you looking for a range reticle scope? The only dirt I could find is make sure you use CZ scope rings to make sure the bolt clears. Even then you still have to watch your eyepiece bell size.
310 at 500?

7.62 x 39 most effective 200 yds. Max effective distane 4oo yds. Not clear what your caliber choice is.

You mention it's intended use as a brush gun. That suggests ranges out to 100 yds or so. The rifle boasts 1.5" groups at 100yds. = 1.5 MOA. That's good, but not sub- MOA. Also 7.62 is not the most accurate, "varmint grade" caliber, so groups may be larger. Still good for big game. IOW the priciest scope is not necessary. A low power scope, about 4X, with a wide filed of view is fine for closer shooting out to 50 yds or so. However a deer would look pretty small at 100yds. @ 4X. For more versatility a variable power scope 3X - 9X, or 4X - 9X is fine. There's plenty of good brands.
Lower power will tend to have bigger field of view which is useful for closer shots. Once you exceed 5X you need to use a shooting rest of some sort; offhand shooting becomes problematic because ordinary bodily motion is so magnified by the scope that it's too hard to get a steady image. IOW, IMHO a fixed 9X scope would not be a good choice for a brush gun.

in the range of calibers offered in the CZ527, the 6,5 grendel will have the best accuracy/energy for medium game out to 150 yds. any decent 4 x 12 x 40mm will work fine.

Yes, you really need to state the purpose of the rifle. A brush gun suggests medium size big game @ relatively close range. The 7.62 is OK.
But you also state 22-50 as another alternative. This is a long range varmint caliber for small game; inconsistent with the concept of a brush gun. Also the 1.5 MOA tends to disqualify this rifle as a "varmint rifle", at least as it performs out of the box. Note that 1.5 MOA at 100 yds & beyond is larger than the kill zone of a varmint. In today's market, a true varmint rifle should shoot sub-MOA groups out of the box. Also, this will require a more powerful, expensive scope scope with quality optics. This seems to be at odds with the accuracy level of this rifle.

7.62x39mm Ammo by Federal - 124gr FMJ
A deer or a varmint typical closest 45 m, (50 yards), intermediate 230 m, (250 yards), but in a pinch, 350 meters, (400 yards), a 4x9xx40mm is the best scope.
For a big game predator bear or ??. Will that round work that far.

edit: After looking at the ballistics chart 7.62 is very questionable after 150 yards in my estimation.

+1 to Ritchie200: For hunting purposes 7.62x39mm performs much like a 30-30. Basically a 100 yd cartridge, suitable for deer or black bear. 150 yds is pushing it. 200 yds is questionable. Will kill fur-bearers like coyote, but then you really want a smaller hole with no exit wound if you plan to keep the pelt.
Your scope choice is fine with those limitations. At longer ranges, not only does the 7.62 lose punch, but there will be fast bullet drop at distance. A scope made to compensate for that is not worth it for this cartridge.
If you want one rifle with lots of versatility, the 7.62 does not make the cut. It's fine for what it does, but it's a one-trick pony.

I picked up an old book at a book fair published by Outdoor Life from 1960 called "Exciting Adventure's" or something like that, with smaller tag lines of "Danger!" and a drawing of a huge bear looming over some poor unsuspecting hunters with teeth bared and huge paws with oversized claws ready to swipe! I couldn't resist. It was a huge book with really incredible stories mostly set in Canada and Alaska from the 40's and 50's. Many were homestead type stories about encounters with black bears, grizzlies, and even polar bears. You know what the rifle that was used in most of those encounters? A 30-30 lever gun. I was surprised at the type of game that was taken with that rifle and caliber. Me? I would want a .50 BMG in bear country! I posted this before, but a lot of guides are carrying Magnum Research BFR 45-70 pistols. They say they can knock down a Grizz at close range with one. Less kick and more punch than even a .454 Casull or .500 SW magnum. I'll take two!!!! Big sharp teeth and claws scare the crap out of me...

And an old squaw put a 22 rifle to the ear of a grizz and killed it with one shot as it walked past her. But 22 or 30-30 are not preferred rounds for grizzly.
