Here are some ideas that I think would make a GREAT small practice amp with just a few tubes!
I love the 6BM8 tubes because of the pentode/triode feature and they just sound so incredible good, IMO. Amazing bass response for a very small tube. I probably practice my guitar more with my 6BM8 amp (The HoSo56 minimalist with fx) then any other amp.
I have not built these yet, so they are in a DRAFT idea. CHECK for ERRORS!
Note that you can save a section as a component. Such as: one tube reverb, Fenderish style reverb, one triode tremolo, dual triode tremolo. With that being possible, it is super easy to modify one of these schematics to suite your interests.
There are 3 ideas here: a Marshallish style, a Dumblish style preamp, & a Fenderish AB763 style preamp.
