Hey Doug, I'd like to create a new bias board, but your program doesn't allow a board to be less than 5" long X 3.125" tall. My board would be 2.35" X 3.125". Is there a solution?

I had 2 identical circuits laid out n turreted by Doug, then I used the dremel to cut the board in 1/2.

Shooter, I saw Doug had some bias boards that were not 5" long. I may have to do as you said and cut them myself.

His board cuts easily with a hacksaw. It's been a while, but I ordered a long length and cut-up into four short lengths for a fusebox-conduit hack. I don't remember the slicing; boring the 2" holes was mildly memorable.
Fine tooth blade. A dust-mask is wise.

+1 Been doing it that way for yrs...……… easy, quick and little dust
With respect, Tubenit

Yup agreed, I just did my bias board and my main board on the same turret board and then cut off the bias board. Worked perfectly for me.
If you don't see any specific need for 'longer' you can just make it the minimum length and leave part of the board empty? I do make my own now, but because I wanted to try and see how it worked, but having him do it was always TONS easier :D

Thanks guys, I just ordered two filter cap boards and two bias boards, laid end to end.
