Title: 18 watt OT good or bad

Years ago put this OT in a new built, loud squeal, switched plate wires, still squeal. Used another OT, build played good. This OT has been sitting in my parts for years. Any way l can test it out of a circuit.


Plate to plate 494 ohms
Blue wire Plate to CT 251 ohms
Brown wire Plate to CT 243. ohms
