I finally got around to drawing up a narrow board for a 6V6 Plexi in a Hammond AO-43 chassis. I followed Sluckeys (Mark Huss) schematic and layout of his 6V6 Plexi. This board is narrow but fits well in the A0-43 chassis, I also have face plates, both for combo and head, front and back in PDF files. These files can be taken to print shop and put on heavy weigh paper, very cheaply, then sandwich them between thin plexi glass from Home Depot. If any interest let me know and I can send or post the file, a member here helped me with that program.
I used standard 1/8" fiber board, I would have had Doug make the boards but his width is to large, these boards are 2 1/4" wide X 9". The spacing between the holes is 3/8" except the edges are a little less.
I have five of these to populate and would appreciate if anyone sees a mistake before I start. I tried using the programs but kept making mistakes and having to start over, so sorry for the hand drawn layout.
Thanks in advance,
dude
Update: bias caps wrong direction, fixed

Guess I"m on my own, was hoping to order from Hoffman some of the parts I need to finish these Hammond chassis's soon. I figured not may of these AO-43's left out there now and most that want to built a 6V6 Plexi would buy the Stout chassis, boards and parts here, I hope that had nothing to do with my post, if it did I apologize for posting. I just have some friends that wanted this Plexi and are poor musicians like most of us are or were :icon_biggrin: .
