Title: Valco 510-11, would like some help for wiring point to point
Post by: Hebert on January 23, 2020, 07:10:33 am
I am trying to figure out how to wire this amp from a schematic. I am making progress but thought it would be really helpful if any of you have this amp and could post some pictures of what the wiring looks like.  thanks

Attached is a file with tube base diagrams of the tubes used in the Valco. My suggestion would be to print out a copy of the file and in comparison with the schematic draw the connections on the print out. This will give you a layout reference to use while wiring the amp.

If you have MS Paint, that application works great in editing JPEG files.

It loks like an early Champ with different values and tubes. The Fender layout would be a good start.
