Hello All —

My name is Charles Danek — I just started building amplifiers this year because I thought better understanding how they work might make me better at using them.  This forum has been so valuable!

I am here today because I would like to see if the collective mind might have any insights into a loud humming and buzzing I am getting with my current (ha - current - get it?) 5f6a build.

Musically speaking, I am a singer-songwriter guitar player — my music web site is coincd.com

For a day job, I am a location scout — I find locations for photoshoots TV commercials.

My other interests include vintage Porsches (I drive a 1965 912, and I am restoring a 1970 914) and photopgraphy.

It is nice to be here — amp building has proven to be a very fun hobby so far!
