Title: How to draw a layout to scale
Post by: wsscott on April 26, 2020, 04:32:52 pm
I've been working with the DIY program to create a layout from a schematic, and I can't figure out how to draw the layout to scale, ie. so that the components as shown in the layout are in fact their actual size so that I know how everything will fit, etc.  Thanks for your help.

Set the size of all your parts by editing them
I already have a bunch of the parts in the .diy library

Thanks.

There's no need to create parts from scratch when they are already in the library and the sizes are all set correctly.
