Can I use this Power Transformer for the Dula-lite the 25 V red wires are throwing me off.

no really. not keeping s. lucky's plan as there's no 5V winding and with SS rectifiers, you'd have just over 400V B+. yes, you could use 6V tube rectifier but with a 6CA4 you'd have around 375V B+. 6BW4 (EZ80) around 350V.
hammond 270EX or the classictone 18W set would be better choices. mojone sells heyboer parts 18W PT is laydown only like the original.

I ordered the Hammond 207EX . I do not know what I was thinking, my Dyslexia must have kicked in? I did not even see the 25 volts until later on when I started putting it together.. I must have seen 5 Volts instead of 25. It was giving me fits.
