Title: swap primaries on OT another way?

So I have the tell tale squeal of an out of phase OT on my new build but my primary leads are too short to swap. Is there any other way to reverse the OT polarity?

Signal polarity can be flipped at the OT secondary or at the power tube control grids.

Disregard, it must be something else. Reversing the polarity only makes things worse. Thanks though.
