hello all. very new to this world. I'm building a 6g4a amp and need to source the 4meg reverse audio pot for the tremolo speed control.
I can't find one anywhere. any suggestions either for parts or modifications?
I'm not wise enough to understand how a 3meg would hinder that control, yet. i chose this amp specifically for the 'tremolo' without realizing how hard it'd be to find that part.

You can use a 3meg pot with the expectation it will result in a faster "slowest speed" setting. You can adjust the capacitors later on if you really want to get slower. Other fender trem circuits of the era use 3meg. You may like the speed fine and not notice the difference.

great, that's what i figured. I Do prefer much slower than stock trem speeds. i'll mod my princeton first and then see what this looks like when it's done.
much appreciated.
