Hi Folks,

Had to finally join, been reading the member comments here for years.  I live in SF, have for many years now.  I have a EE degree but switched to software a long time back.  I've built several amps over the years, but since the quarantine I've been hyperactive in this regard.  From what I've been able to tell, I'm not the only one resorting to amp tinkery during this lengthy shutdown.  I just recently finished a high power princeton reverb (7581a power tubes) with 2 10's that sounds wonderful that I use in stereo with an Allen encore I built from a kit 10 years ago.  I have another partially completed princeton intended to be a small bottle version that I'll either give to a friend or delegate as the "upstairs amp".  And I have a modified super reverb build in the works that I'm very excited about.  My wife is probably less excited :).  Anyway, Good to finally be a part of this forum.

Cheers,

Jarvis
